Historic Old Northeast Neighbohood Plan

This Neighborhood Plan is the continued effort of The Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood Association (HONNA) aimed at improving the neighborhood. HONNA is a long established association that has been highly involved throughout the years in improving the quality of life, comfort and safety of its residents. Many volunteers have tirelessly worked to beautify and enhance the neighborhood and have strived to educate residents about the unique character of the neighborhood.

The following pages outline the history of the neighborhood, many of the events, activities and tasks that have been accomplished over time and recommend additional activities and projects to further enhance the quality of life within the neighborhood.
